Don’t Break the Chain!

I’ve decided to utilize the “Don’t Break the Chain” method of goal achievement for my fitness goals. As I’ve mentioned, I’m currently going through the P90X exercise program, which I started on January 1, 2008. Below, you will find my calendar for my P90X progress:
